The keycode can be given to anyone you want to have access to your yard, but the frosted windows on the front are going to keep them from seeing whatever it is you’re doing inside your new apartment, no judgment.


Thankfully I have the key, so if you’re watching the video, you’re going to see me make myself at home while I tour this really spacious 3 bedroom, two bathroom, upgraded space. It’s got a designated living space, with a separate space for dining. You can fit a kitchen table here and sectional and still have plenty of room for activities.


The kitchen has no handles, well two handles, one on the built-in microwave and one on the wall oven, but no cabinet pulls, and no ugly fridge door. The fridge is super luxe and hidden and the trashcans and recycling bins are in a fancy drawer with a slide-out shelf. Everything’s soft close of course.


There’s a front balcony with room for a grill and tons of seating out here. Great natural light, and great access to outdoor space. There’s also a back patio with room for dining. This place comes with garage parking, and your own storage area, which is like, unheard of for Chicago.


Speaking of unheard of, the amount of storage space you get is so large, that you can fit a full-size washer and dryer in this place. Say goodbye to doing half loads in a stackable. There’s enough shelving that you can stock up on TP from Costco and still have space for your cleaning supplies.


This bathroom is going to be so easy to clean. The tiles are 2 feet by 2 feet meaning that you’ve got minimal grout.
