His background makes him an educated and discerning set of eyes for home shopping, and he was super vigilant for any major issues each home might have, never sugar-coating a sub-par home or trying to push me into any place I might not be happy with. We were first-time buyers, and Mark knew everything that we didn't know. He taught us everything about the process and what to look for in a home - every place we visited with him, he'd point out the good and the bad that we should be looking at.
