So one of the most important things is pricing your home. There are three ways to price your home; slightly above the market, at market value, or slightly below market value. And when you're pricing your home, it's important to look at what your competition is doing. Because like all buyers out there, we're looking for the best deal, right?


So of the inventory that's out there, what's the best?


So if you look the best, and offer the best price, people are going to see you as the best. If you're the highest price, all you're gonna do is help other people sell their homes.


The most successes everyone's talking about is setting the price below the market draws a huge audience. How do you make sure you're reaching that audience?


Good question. Well, most broker are doing the base six professional photos, work, lands, and 3d imaging. But what do we know from social media is that video video video is what's engaging most people. That's why TikTok is huge right now, right.


So our team has a hired a social media marketing expert that helps us run and target our Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads for people within a 15 mile radius of your home. That have been looking for the last 30 days.


So when they're on Zillow, and they see your home, and then they go on Instagram, we're gonna be seeing an ad come to them of your home. After they just got off, Zillow reminds them, Hey, check this out. This is great property to drive them back to Zillow, or back the MLS so they keep looking at your property.


You know, bottom line is we're gonna get you the most exposure, which will cut down your market time, put more money in your pocket, and ideally get you more offers that get you the best possible value.
